Our Hiring Process

At Elm Company, our hiring process aims to identify and attract top talent who are passionate, innovative, and aligned with our values. Here is our Hiring Process:

Explore Open Jobs

  • Search for jobs by role, profession, discipline, or location.
  • If you don’t see one of interest today, set up an account, create a job alert and we’ll notify you of jobs matching your search criteria.

Submit Application

  • After finding a role you wish to apply for, simply click on 'Apply' at the top or bottom of the job posting.
  • You’ll then be taken to review or create your profile and then to an application form with some additional questions.
  • Shortly after you have submitted your application you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.

Application Review

  • We will receive your application after you complete the questionnaires. You can check the status of your application (Shortlisted/Rejected) via email or by accessing the career page.
  • If not shortlisted for the role you applied for, we encourage you to continue exploring opportunities on the Elm careers page. While you were not selected for this role, there may be other positions that are of interest to you that more closely match your skill set.

Shortlisted Stage

  • Once shortlisted, you will receive email as the next step, you will proceed for AI based agile assessment test, which includes Prescreening, On Demand Interview like Video Game Based Challenge to measure the agility and CodeVue Assessment for developers.
  • Please follow the instructions sent to your email to complete the assessment at your earliest convenience. This will help us further evaluate your qualifications, experience and suitability for the position.

Interviews

  • If you pass the Shortlisting stage, you will receive an email for self-scheduling interviews using AI tool, you can book the availability of Hiring Manager interviews and HR Business Partners, it will be via teams video conference or in person interviews depending on the Hiring Manager choice.

Business case

  • If you pass the Hiring Manager interview phase depending on the position not applicable  for all the roles, you are expected to receive a business case  to be prepared and shared within a specific timeframe. and you will need to present it to the Hiring Manager and  HR  Business Partners.
  • You need to prepare for the case well, you need to answer all questions that validates your understanding, way of thinking, presentation skills, and business acumen. 

Assessments

Final Interview (For senior roles)

  • If you pass the first 4 process (AI based Assessments, Hiring Manager Interview, Business Case, Assessments), you will be invited for a final interview. That interview will be with top level management/expert focusing on core & leadership competencies.
    *For executive roles, you may expect more than one interview at this stage depending on the level.
  • If you pass these phases, you will receive a call from our recruiters to communicate the job offer. After that, you will go through the process of medical check, and any other applicable procedures to
