An electronic service launched in 2003, which provides financial institutions (such as banks and insurance companies), public service institutions (such as government agencies, health facilities, financial sectors, and aviation sectors) and other facilities with the ability to verify the data of any person with whom they have an official relationship (such as clients and auditors). , employees, and applicants) and within the limits of the privacy of the information permitted to be accessed, by linking electronically with the data present in the National Information Center and Saudi Post in real time. The Yaqeen service is distinguished by its support for reducing fraudulent operations and raising the level of data quality by keeping it updated and consistent with official records on a permanent basis. Natheer

Introduced in 2018, Natheer serves as a tool for companies and institutions to seamlessly update the data of individuals they engage with, including customers, auditors, and employees. The service is digitally connected with official records documented by government entities, such as the National Information Center, the General Organization for Social Insurance, and Saudi Post. Companies and institutions provide the service with a list of individuals whose data change requires monitoring. Natheer then promptly sends real-time updates on changes in the data of these individuals or alterations in their official records. This includes scenarios such as a client’s passing away, the final exit status for residents, the cancellation of an exit visa after issuance to a resident, and the issuance of an exit and return visa for a resident who has not yet returned.

Rowad Initiative
