Elm’s efforts

At elm, we focus on boosting security for everyone, everywhere, using smart digital tools that make life easier for individuals and establishments. We started by digitalizing maritime operations, from permits to identity checks, in order to transform sea fishing journeys into fully digital experiences.

We’ve also digitalized the Civil Defense services through “Salamah”, platform, which provides a unified account for each establishment. Furthermore, we enabled the General Directorate of Public Security's services to be available digitally, anytime, and anywhere, to support various sectors.

For secure daily operations, our smart portals enable individual verification, entry permits, and resident management. We're with you, ensuring constant security.

From land to sky, we’ve extended our digitalization to include aviation permit services that verify passengers, both citizens and guests alike.

Yakeen

An electronic service launched in 2003, which provides financial institutions (such as banks and insurance companies), public service institutions (such as government agencies, health facilities, financial sectors, and aviation sectors) and other facilities with the ability to verify the data of any person with whom they have an official relationship (such as clients and auditors). , employees, and applicants) and within the limits of the privacy of the information permitted to be accessed, by linking electronically with the data present in the National Information Center and Saudi Post in real time. The Yaqeen service is distinguished by its support for reducing fraudulent operations and raising the level of data quality by keeping it updated and consistent with official records on a permanent basis. It is subscribed through various packages that suit each customer’s need.​

Muqeem

​The Muqeem service allows establishments to view the data of their resident employees and complete their passport transactions electronically and instantly at any time and from anywhere, without the need to visit the General Directorate of Passports, which leads to increasing the efficiency of completing transactions and providing a quick and secure procedure, with Accuracy in obtaining information​

Natheer

Introduced in 2018, Natheer serves as a tool for companies and institutions to seamlessly update the data of individuals they engage with, including customers, auditors, and employees. The service is digitally connected with official records documented by government entities, such as the National Information Center, the General Organization for Social Insurance, and Saudi Post. Companies and institutions provide the service with a list of individuals whose data change requires monitoring. Natheer then promptly sends real-time updates on changes in the data of these individuals or alterations in their official records. This includes scenarios such as a client’s passing away, the final exit status for residents, the cancellation of an exit visa after issuance to a resident, and the issuance of an exit and return visa for a resident who has not yet returned.

Security Permits

The Security Permits Portal offered by the General Authority of Civil Aviation is dedicated to automating and standardizing procedures, thus advancing digital transformation within Saudi airports and supporting their workforce. The portal offers online issuance and managing of driving licenses and security permits required to access airports for individuals, vehicles, and equipment. This service is tailored for companies with work contracts at the airport, as well as relevant authorities overseeing airport operations.

Amn

Amn is an online platform offering the services of the General Directorate of Public Security to beneficiaries in both government and private sectors, as well as companies. This eliminates the need for physical visits to Public Security headquarters. Amn services are notable for their diversity, user-friendly application, and rapid completion.

Salamah

Salamah portal helps with providing civil defense services to investors in an easy and convenient way, along with enhancing safety across all the Kingdom’s facilities. The portal enables companies in the private sector to create their own accounts on the online portal of the General Directorate of Civil Defense. They can also issue or renew civil defense licenses electronically without the need to visit civil defense headquarters, in addition to many other services.

Zawil

Zawil supports digital transformation in the services provided by the General Directorate of Border Guards. It enables completing transaction procedures online without the need to visit the Directorate’s branches. Zawil provides two main services to customers, the first is “Port Security,” which allows beneficiaries to issue entry permits for their personnel and equipment to the ports. The second one is “Fishing and Excursion,” which is concerned with issuing permits to go to sea and authorizations to command maritime vessels, as well as organizing the process of sailing, fishing, and excursion.

Rowad Initiative

Elm actively backs the operational aspect of the Rowad Initiative, a collaborative initiative by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at). Electronic Authentication

The Electronic Authenticator service is designed to dispatch authentication codes to beneficiaries’ mobile phone numbers, which are registered via Absher at the National Information Center. This service ensures the reliable delivery of authentication codes to users, mitigating issues related to human errors or tampering with the data entry process.
