Elm, the leader in business solutions and digital services, sponsored a group of activities which has been launched by the Social Responsibility Club at King Saud University to celebrate the National Day on Saturday, September 23, believing in the importance of the National Day as a special occasion to remember the glorious history, in order to inspire the present and the bright future of the dear homeland.
Elm’s Spokesperson and Marketing Director, Majid Bin Saad Al Arifi, said that this cooperation came from Elm Company believing the importance of partnerships in everything related to national events, and he emphasized on the need of being aware of the importance of community participation and effective presence in various society activities. He stressed that Elm is placing an important consideration on initiatives and social responsibility programs. All this contributes to strengthening the culture of national partnership and cohesion, and supporting all that would create fertile ground for community development through a range of qualitative initiatives.
The cooperation also included allocating a group of programs and activities for the children of martyrs, orphans and people of special needs. In addition to establishing a range of events and activities that have been attended by a large number of citizens and residents.
A special exhibition was held at the Royal Saudi Air Force Museum of the Ministry of Defense, which lasted for three days. In addition to hosting and honoring a number of martyrs’ families and their children. The program also included an open day for some orphans and people with special needs; which was attended by the employees of Elm and their families. The activities included the launching of a program in King Fahad Medical City to celebrate the National Day with the sick and in-patient children. In addition, a program for autistic children was held at the Center of Autism Research south of Riyadh, in addition to other activities held in Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, Disabled Child Association and a range of commercial complexes. The celebrations were accompanied by distributing special publications related to the National Day and flags to the public in the sites.
