njazat signs an MOU with Elm to promote digital transformation initiatives in the Region

Injazat Data Systems, a regional leader in information technology, which is wholly owned by Mubadala, signed  an initial memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi company Elm, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions owned by the Public Investment Fund, to explore joint business opportunities in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other markets. The agreement was signed by the two companies during their participation in GITEX Technology Week 2018, where Injazat presented its innovative services that contribute to the digital transformation in various institutions throughout the Middle East.

Dr. Abdulrahman Bin Saad Aljadhai, CEO of Elm, said that they are constantly developing innovative programs to enhance their expertise in providing leading digital services and technologies to the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and North Africa in line with their efforts to develop the digital transformation process, with an emphasis on innovation and advanced technologies. He added that the agreement with Injazat, which has a vast experience in the UAE technology market, will provide new opportunities for advanced services at a regional level. 

Aljadhai stressed that  signing this agreement is part of Elm’s new strategy to expand its business in the region. Through its partnerships with leading business technology companies in the region, the company aims to create pioneering services that will enable the public and private sectors to take advantage of the latest developments and digital innovations. Elm will provide all its expertise in the field of technology and digital field to support these agreements. He added that Elm is continually seeking to benefit from its partnerships and is looking for future opportunities in the international market, which will give the company a greater dimension to its contribution as a Saudi digital leader in improving the technology infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, the Central Region and North Africa.
