On the sidelines of GITEX Africa Elm signs MoU with Ministry of Digital Economy, Posts, and Telecommunications of Central African Republic to drive digital transformation and business opportunities

01 June 2023 – Elm, a leading digital solutions provider, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Digital Economy, Posts, and Telecommunications of the Central African Republic, to promote business opportunities and drive the country’s digital transformation.
The agreement was signed by Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi, Spokesperson and VP of Marketing at Elm, and Justine Journa-Zacco, the Minister of Digital Economy, Posts and Telecommunications of Central African Republic, in the presence of key representatives from both institutions.
The agreement entails the implementation of comprehensive digital platforms that offer superior consultancy services. As a result, Elm Group will offer the necessary assistance and technologies to develop and implement these innovative digital platforms, thereby enhancing the degree of competency among Central African industries engaged in the digital economy. 
Elm's spokesperson and VP of Marketing, Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi, said: “By signing the MoU, we are honoured to collaborate with the Ministry of Digital Economy, Posts, and Telecommunications of Central African Republic. In accordance with the agreement, both parties will establish long-term goals based on requirements and opportunities in various sectors of the digital economy, as well as develop strategies to leverage these opportunities and advance the economic development of their respective countries. Both entities will further promote business accelerators and startup investments while exchanging knowledge and expertise in the area of digital transformation in private and public sectors.
