Elm organized its Annual Ramadan Breakfasting for its employees, attended by the CEO and senior management, in AlFaredah hall in the city of Riyadh.
This gathering comes within the company policy which aims at strengthening communication among all employees in various departments, and it promotes the culture of respect, friendliness and fraternity among employees in various departments and sectors. Elm always strives to create a distinctive environment, based on good communication among everyone to work as one team.
After Iftar, the company honored winners of the "Quitter" program, which encourages employees to quit smoking within six months. The participants need to join a pre-qualification program for all smokers that runs under medical supervision supported by the company to help employees quit smoking and enjoy a healthy life.
The company also honored winners of the “Loser” Program, through which the company helps and encourages employees to lose weight within a short period of time (3 to 6 Months) and be more aware of obesity and health practices.
