More than 1,800 Employees celebrates their Open Day

Elm, a joint-stock company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), celebrated its employees’ achievements of the last year during Employees Annual Ceremony 2016. More than 1800 of Elm employees from different units and departments attended the open day ceremony.
 
The Annual ceremony comes within the framework the company embraces to enhance communication among employees and motivate them. The company aims to create a unique work environment that encourages innovation and creativity with an atmosphere of confidence, cooperation, fun, entertainment and familiarity.
 
The ceremony started with a movie displaying the most prominent achievements in 2015, followed by a word from the CEO Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Jadhie who praised the efforts of the company employees to improve the company reputation, gain its clients confidence and expand its activities which contributed to 30% growth. At the end of his speech, the CEO shared with the employees the strategic plans and growth trends to match the national transformation vision in the kingdom.
 
The ceremony included a variety of sections, such as the 5 and 10 years' service award, among which was the CEO who was awarded by the newest employee in Elm to reflect the family atmosphere at Elm, as well as, an open interview of the CEO by employees who sent their questions through a smart interactive application to the CEO, the interview also included open discussions and suggestions.
 
The ceremony closing included some sport and entertainment activities that lasted till the evening in a family atmosphere that encourages the team spirit and increased among the company employees.
Elm is one of the most dominant national companies who pays special attention to its human capital through development and qualification. Elm also seeks to provide a positive work atmosphere to motivate employees to be creative and distinguished which will be reflected subsequently on the company services and performance.
 
Elm received the Best Work Environment Award in KSA for two consecutive years and the Nationalization Award on GCC level as Saudi nationals represent 80% of Elm employees.
