Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Nayef, Minister of Interior, "the fourth Absher Forum for e-Transaction "work was concluded, which was inaugurated by the Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs Prince Bandar bin Abdullah Al Mishari Al-Saud, at the Security Forces Officers Club in Riyadh.
The conveners of the forum honored ُElm, the official strategic sponsor of the forum for the fourth consecutive year, which is held by the Ministry of the Interior for its sectors. The aim was to review the developments in the fields of technology and successful experiences, and to open horizons and channels of exchanging and communication between all members of society and the bodies and sectors in the ministry, in addition to the emirates of the regions to achieve knowledge sharing and exchanging of information and experience among them, thus contributing to provide the best services to citizens.
Elm has introduced a number of its innovative digital services, including (Kashef) which is an electronic service that checks the status of the vehicle, (Salamah) service that is concerned with civil defense services, and (Muqeem) a service that allows organizations to view the data of their resident staff and complete their passport transactions electronically and instantly at any time and from anywhere, without the need to go to the Passport Center, as well as (Tamm) service to inquire about the services provided by the General Traffic Department. In addition to other products that are compatible with the needs of customers in the governmental and private sectors in the Kingdom, through advanced electronic systems that will ensure the improvement of operational performance in line with the highest standards of quality, reliability, professionalism, and privacy.
The forum was attended by selection of princes, managers, and leaders of the security sectors. At the end of the forum, awards and commemorative plaques were handed to the distinguished sectors and departments.
