This is an integrated development program for leaders based on the methodology of 70/20/10. It consists of a developmental (Journey) for a period of a year (or two years) starting with an organizational comprehensive leadership strategy through the establishment of cultural assessment, leadership assessments and ending with a number of internal and external training courses, in addition to coaching, mentoring and on the job application.
