In consideration of the remarkable advancement in the fields of information technology and applied research, Elm, the leading IT and digital solutions company in the Kingdom, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Taibah Valley, a Saudi company pioneered in technology, education and health, that aims at providing solutions that meet the needs of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad AlJadhai, CEO of Elm, and Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ali AlOlayan, CEO of Taibah Valley. Dr. Abdul Aziz Bin Qablan Al Sarani, Chairman of Taibah Valley and Director of Taibah University stressed the importance of this agreement, which aims at providing innovative solutions that contribute to building national expertise and promote localization of information technology. He expressed his great faith in Elm, the leading technology company that has reached national achievements in developing innovations of this sector.
Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Olayan, mentioned that Taibah Valley and Elm, will work on various topics related to applied research in order to develop prototype solutions that will be pre-defined by the two companies.
Also, the agreement includes a cooperation in the marketing of digital solutions locally and globally. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad AlJadhai, CEO of Elm Company, pointed out that Elm will provide technical assistance to Taibah Valley in technology and innovation. The two companies will also work on various scientific activities that include intensive technical courses and specialized scientific camps.
It is worth mentioning that Taibah Valley will take advantage of Elm Venture Capital which invests in innovative projects.
