Some of the leading projects of ELM include:

 
  • Minister of Interior e-Portal (Absher)

ELM, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, KSA, has designed and developed Absher, which allows Saudi nationals, residents and entrepreneurs to access a variety of services related to traffic, civil affairs and passports online through the Ministry’s website. Breaking the boundaries of time and place, these services include issuance and renewal of residency visa, extension of visit visa, renewal of driving license, Hajj permits, and issuance of Saudi passport, among many others.   • National Unemployment Assistance Program (Hafiz)

ELM, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund of Saudi Arabia, has designed and implemented Hafiz program in under seven months. Hafiz has, so far, effectively addressed around 4 million applications. Unemployment assistance requests were met on time and according to set directives. (Human Resources Development Fund)

 
  • Labor Market Observatory

ELM, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund of Saudi Arabia, has successfully executed this program to support the decisions related to labor market by providing beneficiaries, such as the Ministry of Labor, KSA with relevant information and index.   • Wages Protection System (WPS)

The WPS is the result of fruitful cooperation between ELM and the Ministry of Labor, KSA. It aims to ensure timely payment of wages for employees in the private sectors. Through this system, companies commit to provide the Ministry with a list of monthly wages, certified by the national bank they deal with. The WPS detects all deducted wages and refers them to the Inspection Department at the Ministry of Labor. (Ministry of Labor)

 
  • National Housing Support Program (Eskan)

ELM, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, KSA, has established an e-system to handle housing applications and ensure their compliance to eligibility rules by linking it with 11 government entities within a single network. The system offers an engine to manage customer relations.

 
  • Rent Service Network (Ejar)

ELM, in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, KSA, has established a specialized e-portal which allows tenants to look for residences available for rent according to the specifications they want. At the same time, it enables the owners to showcase their available residential properties through a well-qualified broker to potential tenants. The e-portal also allows for rent payments. Tenants are notified on available housings and due dates via SMS.
